Accord for Google Forms is a Chrome extension that adds an “Auto-fill with Accord” button to Google Forms. This page explains exactly what it touches. The short version: it holds no account, stores nothing about you, and adds no tracking.
No data is collected by the extension. It has no analytics,
no remote logging, and no background data collection. It requests no browser
permissions beyond running on docs.google.com/forms pages.
It does not read your answers, your Google account credentials, other tabs, your browsing history, or any page that isn't a Google Form.
When you click “Auto-fill with Accord”, the form's question definition is
passed to the Accord web app (accord.modka.is-a.dev) so it can
build your prefilled link. It travels in the new tab's URL fragment (the part
after #), which browsers never send over the network — the Accord
page reads it locally.
Your name, email and saved answers live in your Accord profile and are applied by the Accord web app, not by the extension. How Accord handles that is covered by the main Accord site. The extension itself sends nothing to any server.
So the next person to open the same form doesn't wait, Accord may cache a form's question structure (never anyone's answers), keyed by the form's ID. This happens on Accord's side, not in the extension.
The extension runs a content script only on https://docs.google.com/forms/*.
It declares no tabs, storage, cookies,
history or “all sites” permissions.
